What the hell is wrong with my monitor?

Just like the title says, my Mitsubishi 930sb is acting really weird... Like towards the bottom of the screen, there's this little line that dances up and down that's bright... Makes the whole screen waver like water... The wavering isn't horrible, but the little lines are annoying... It's almost like a cell phone is near the screen, even though there's not even a cell phone in the ROOM!

Also, now it's started going entirely black, with a singe solid really bright line towards the middle.... If i hit the monitor, or turn it of and back on, the screen comes back.... It's random...

can anyone tell me what's wrong?
 
I hope it is under warranty.

If not, call a competent local TV repair person (call first to make sure they work on computer monitors) and hopefully for about $75 bucks you can get it fixed.
