What the hell is wrong with my Favorites folder???

All of a sudden, all my favorites have been re-organized according to NAME. In both the actual folder itself, and the listing in the IE pulldown menu...

And everytime i try to change it back to the way it was before (my personal order) it re-organizes itself back. This happens everytime i close a session of IE. I can minimize it, and it'll stay on my settings, but once i close the window and open it again, it's all reset. :frown:

Anyone know what to do? It's like it doesnt want to remember my settings!

note: "auto arrange" is NOT on. OS: WinME (not the problem, this is hte first time this has happened).
