I ordered something online and it was supposed to ship via usps. I never heard anyone at the door Nov 2nd yet somehow I got a slip that said we missed you. I signed the slip and checked the option for them to leave the item at the door. A week goes by, nothing, I call in to reschedule redelivery. Nothing. I call in two more times to schedule a redelivery. Nothing. I go to the post office to pick it up, they can't find it. I call in again to request an investigation, they don't contact me even though I requested a response. I call in to file a complaint, again no contact. I even went online and filed a complaint on the site and requested a response. Nothing again. Then on the 28th of Nov. I magically get the final notice slip and the package is returned to the sender.
