i know shut down restart sleepmode ms dos mode change user ,standby mode..................
but what the hell is hibernate mode ???
 
Hibernate basicaly dumps all the ram content into your hard drive then turns off your pc,when you boot back up it reads that file & put it back to ram just as if you never left windows.🙂
 
i installed winme and i found it the star>shutdown
when i press it my hdd starts saving somthing then my pc turns of but when i open the pc again
i get this, starting to lunch windows and a timer then windows opens and it feels like i didnt shut down the system also i dont get the win logo at start up
 
Yeah.. usually in other windows you would put it to sleep.. but it wouldn't wake up again.. kind of like putting an old dog to 'sleep'..
