speakeasy speed test...............

I have rebooted my computer, no help, and I have rebooted both my router and cable modem with the same results.

Anyone know what could be causing this dismal performance?

speed down/up kbps: 6735/1777, not comcast, just need to brag.

someone is probably sucking up the bandwidth. sometimes when im using rr, during peak hours, my transfer drops to like 14kbps.
