What the hell is chicken with rib meat ?

Just shopping around and found these chicken breast with rib meat !! What the hell is that ?
That is supposed to have more proteins..

It's meat that's cheaper and more easily processed for things like chicken nuggets.

MOST fast food joints use rib meat in their nuggets.

It's a negative - it means a small portion of the meat isn't chicken breast (which is more expensive). They have to note it to avoid getting accused of false advertising.

hmm... I went to Burger King the other day and they had some tasty looking chicken breast sandwich thing going... I bought one, and the f-ing thing was $3.99 plus tax !! compared to like $2 for their regular chicken sandwich. I asked the manager WTF it was so expensive, he said it was because it was whole breast meat and not ground-and-reformed-to-patty rib meat junk
