what the hell is an SAS proxy?

I just tried to use the net on one of my previously unconnected systems...its behind a linksys router and it says "you have tried to access a page not authorized and have been stopped by the SAS proxy"...is this an ATTBI thing or something else? :Q

Yes, it is. It's a server used only for registration for new accounts and repair of other accounts.

Tools > Internet Options > Connections Tab

click "Lan Settings"

Uncheck EVERYTHING (yes, including auto detect)

click okay x3

click home button

voila

ahh!!! little bastard put a proxy on my system and didnt take it off. what a retard, I didnt even know he used that computer when he was setting up my cable. Must have f*cked with my KVM.
