Idk if I'm the only one with this problem or if its a common thing, but there are times when I open a new browser or click a link that opens a new window, and absolutely no websites will load, no matter how long I wait.
Other browser windows I might have open work fine. I really don't understand the problem. I hope this isn't a stupid or obvious question. I appreciate any help to the fullest
edit: the more I think about it, the problem usually happens when I click a link and it opens a new window, as opposed to just opening a new window myself. Although after I click a link the the window doesn't work, opening a browser manually will not work either
