What the hell does this mean?

I bought two Panaflos from SVC and I only now realized this. Does it mean it's just the wires and I have to find my own connectors? Or does it at least come with something so I can use it right away?

Why the hell would they even allow you to buy it that way? This isn't car stereo equipment. Put a damn plastic connector on the end and lose 3 cents. Honestly.

Companies grab the connectorless fans because: A - they are usually cheaper, and B- you can actually get them - such a long lead time to get a batch of fans with connectors from the big boys like Panasonic, Sanyo-Denki, even some of the better Taiwanese brands take forever getting out orders.

It annoyed the hell out of me when I first ordered a heatsink fan and couldn't use it for awhile... I guess you don't forget after the first time though.

Look at the bright side
just go down to the local radio shack and buy 1 of each type connector (3 pin or molex)
because with the molex connector running at 12 volts that fan will probably be loud
if it is too loud put the 3 pin connector on that will drop it to 5 volts (i think) and be much quieter
