What the hell? Direct TV is switching the time a little early

All of the sudden it went from 9:15 to 8:15. Uhhhh, shouldn't it do that later tonight?

I think the *official* time change time is 2:30 EST

It confused the fudge out of me. Started watching an hour and a half movie at 8:00. Flipped on the guide after it was over and it was only 8:30. Had to check my clocks in my house to make sure I wasn't flipping out.
