just add um to your ban list I usually "forward" that stuff via PM to the moderators as well depending on the severity of a threat, if its just name calling I ban them from PMing me and let that be that, if they threaten my health and wellbeing I send it to the moderators. most of the @$$holes do it to get a reaction, or a reply from you, I don't give them the satisfaction.
