It's always bumper to bumper traffic on my commute home from work everyday. And everyday I always see someone getting pulled over. Obviously they weren't speeding but what are the majority of the people getting pulled over for? The only thing I could think of is carpool violation.

I've seen numerous idiots get pulled over for driving on the shoulder.

Maybe the bumper-to-bumper traffic was caused by someone weaving around, and the cop chasing after and pulling him over.

excessive honking??? I've seen signs in NYC that say "no honking", but people get pulled over for that?

I live in LA. People don't use their horns enough... probably because they'll get shot and stuff.
