What the heck? only 224mb of ram?

I bought a 256mb piece of ram, but in Sisoft Sandra it says it only sees 224mb, did i get ripped off my newegg, or is it my new system?

 
What motherboard are you using? If it is an onboard video card, it's probably using 32MB of it for that. It's unlikely that Newegg ripped you off though; if it was missing 128MB or something like that, then that would be cause for a call to them.
