What the heck?? JBuilder randomly reading my keyboard as DVORAK!

Yes, I know this is off topic, but I have hw due soon. So I'm typing a program in JBuilder, and when I go to type, it thinks I am typing in DVORAK!! But I'm not! Sometimes it reads "asd" as "asd", other times as "aoe"

Any ideas?
