I was just curious if any of you electrical engineers know what these are. Someone is trying to charge us (2001 Toyota Celica Owners) $380 for some $.25 Parts from Radio shack. Are these programmable? Any help would be appreciated. [BrownNose] I figured if anybody on the net would know, it would be the Anadtechers [/BrownNose]

Those are crystals. Are they the only two things in the box? Read what the tops say, unless of course they are unnamed for stupid reasons, or scratched out. If they don't say, you can hook them directly to a scope and see what frequency they oscilate at, and then go to www.digikey.com and buy them both for under $10US
