I had a few of those and just went to town on them with a pair a scissors and that was the end of them.

The best way to deal with skin tags (flat moles ONLY) is to clean the area and tie a black string around the base of the mole. Only one blood vessel supplies the mole so it will turn black and fall off, no pain, and little risk of infection.

Yeah it could very well be a skin tag, but what happens if i try to remove it and its not just a skin tag? How long do they take to fall off if you tie them off?
