Maybe a call timer. Mine got enabled by accident one time, lets you see how long each conversation is. JM2C. RTFM.
 
Manual says "The stopwatch timing is running in the background. See stopwatch on page 108"
i'm assuming thats a nokia 7210?
 
its the stopwatch that Bart and Milhouse ordered from that old comic book they found. You can now stop time at will...use your power wisely grasshopper
