What the heck is the 7450m?

It has shown up on the Dell Vostro series. What is it, when will we see benchmarks, is it 28 nm, is it graphics core next, why is there no amd announcement?

28nm is not ready yet. it has 160 cores so I am thinking its probably a typo and should be 6450m.

It seems as though this option has appeared on a brand new Vostro line which means that it certainly could be possible that this is a legitimate 7000 series GPU. Or yes, it could be a typo.

Fudzilla/Semiaccurate both have said Q3 7000 series is possible. And there's no official word from TSMC about the status of their 28 nm process.

well with a 160 cores it still appears to be a 6450. it could just be a rebadge as maybe they are getting ready to launch some true 7 series mobile parts in a few months. I still doubt its 28nm no matter what though.
