Ok, maybe I just don't know enough about weather in Hawaii ... but what is going on in Hawaii? I've been checking out the weather around here with the Hurricanes and all ... but I saw this map on Accuweather.com and I was confused. It looks like its a perfect circle... I didn't think anything like that would occur naturally.

Weather.com shows the same thing ... check it out:

weather.com map
accuweather.com link

I save the images locally, so if the images change, I can change the links assuming I can access my host from work.

Looks like its gone already ...

Here's the images that I saved:

Picture 2 (accuweather.com)

You guys sure it wasn't a UFO that the radar was picking up? ... Just kidding.

I just didn't know if something like that was normal or occurred naturally. A radar problem makes sense, but I thought weather.com and accuweather.com might use different radar systems so it might be something both were picking up.

My sources can confirm thats its an artifact produced by black ops govt projects. These rings have been seen all over the US on radars periodically. Think HAARP or something similar :Q:D

LOL at the local pics. If that were real... expect the apocalypse. Looks like something straight out of Independence Day (the movie) or 4400 (the series).

i think the trashhold for the visualization of the data is outta whack. I'm sure they get the radar feeds in non-visual form (polar coordinates and values), so its just a matter of calibrating the rendering software

OMG! No one from Hawaii was called me in the last 2 hours. They're all dead. All dead!
wait a second... I don't know anyone in Hawaii.

Looks to me like the sensitivity was turned up too high on the radar. Picking up fog or something - maybe even just picking up clouds..
