What the heck is an MSI Champion Edition gforce 4 4400 card. How does it differ then the regular one?

I found a champion edition g4 4400 on newegg for $20 then the regular edition and I cannot find the difference between the two.

What's up?

Anyways, I'd guess it has faster memory(that is, faster speced memory that allows for higher overclocking) or something, maybe a better colling solution on top of that.

The one that says "Champion Edition" on the box where the more expensive one says "Beyond 3d" doesn't have VIVO.
