I was in an HR meeting today to go over compensation benefits, etc...
One of the job perks here is that if you get awarded a degree such a bachelor's or master's or PhD, they give you a small monetary raise. (since your job spec doesn't change, it's not much at all) However, they said if you get a CPS, you'll get a 9% raise. What is this and how can I get one?
