what the heck happened to Anandtech?

I kept running searches, and the searches kept doing funny things. The more I searched, the slower the searches went. Until finally things just collapsed. Sorry everybody. 😱

I used to have a dot matrix printer... crazy thing was loud as heck - you couldn't print at night or you'd wake up the neighbors. 😉

And yes, we all noticed that the AnandTech servers felt mother nature calling and were absent for a moment.
 
Gorilla Banana

That was something else. Talk about a noisy, slow printer. Lower case letters like g/y/j ,etc. were printed raised. At least it was faster and slightly quieter than the Silver Reed Daisy Wheel printer, but the quality of the Banana sucked unless you were a gorilla! 😛
