What the heck are scripts used for in COUNTER STRIKE ???

i have read some posts on using scripts in the buy zone to speed things up, and wanted to know what they work and where i can locate them on the net ???


also i have heard of people talking about NEO servers ?? that it is good for beginers ??? all i usually do is try to log onto de dust a map that I know, is there a better way to learn the game or way to find a good server ???

Scripts are basically macros. They're shortcuts so that you can buy all your equipment by just pressing 1 key. I don't use buy scripts, but I do use a couple of grenade scripts. One does a teamsay warning about me throwing a flash grenade. The other one is a nifty buy and throw script where I can chunk as many HE grenades as I can afford at a buy zone. You can probably find links to good script sites at csnation.counter-strike.net.

"Neo servers" is just a server that one of the guy here in AT has that alot of people around here play in.
