I was trying to browse my school network after installing file and print sharing for microsoft networking and I came across this. I can't disable the second connection. Does anyone know what it is for? I only have one NIC.

It appears to be somehow connected to the new hauppauge drivers. I reinstalled the old ones and it went away. I still wonder what that was doing there though.

This is part of Microsofts broadcast internet initiative, bascially the idea is you can get data from the video stream which applications can take advantage of. To do this, it makes the video feed device a network card (in reality you could obviously only receive via this card). It shouldn't be causing you any problems, and it's been part of the OS line since 98SE as I recall.
