The Boss wants to offer training classes to some clients. I was thinking $60.00/ HR with half going to the person doing the training.
I was thinking about the same rate for tech support if needed?
My company charges $1000/day for training on sign making software and the digital printers and plotters we sell. Frankly, I think they're ripping people off, because if you ask for training after you buy the software, my one boss charges $700/day.
Yeah, I'm not sure what the "going rate" is on training. $60/hr is fair for onsite support, though. For phone support, we charge $30/hr to the customers.
