My guess is that the above wasn't the entire e-mail. Probably some v'iagra spam with the paragraph appended at the bottom to circumvent anti-spam software.

Here's a hint people -- we really don't give a fsck what you get in your email. Chances are, we've already gotten the same sh!t email or one similar to it at some point in time.
 
Does your email client display HTML? I'll bet there is some (or was supposed to be) HTML content - pictures, probably. Like mojoed said, what you posted was the "filler" text that is intended to fool spam filters.

It's obviously a spam. Look at the subject title. Many of the prescription type spams come in this manner with some keywords or lines.
