What the fnord does all this gibberish on my BIOS overclocking page?

Last time I OC'd a processor, I just cranked up the FSB and adjusted the ram multiplier. Apparently, I'm behind the times, because now I've got all of this gibberish on my BIOS screen

(Please note that these are NOT my current settings.)

I'm currently hoping to at least get my CPU speed to 2.5ghz and my RAM speed to 1ghz. Since I can't find something that says "Insert FSB Here", what do I want to write and where?

I think I can help with this. To change the FSB go to the option that says cpu host frequency, hit enter, input desired value hit enter again. Also if you haven't already done so in the standard bios screen press ctrl+F1 it will unlock more options. I've got a p35-ds3l and the bios is pretty much identical.

Yes, overclocking BIOSs have gotten very sophisticated, as overclockers asked for more and more features. Perhaps a little reading is in order?

Apparently.

Of course, more features theoretically means a better OC, and what's not to like about that?
