what the difference between regular motherboard and high-end motherboard?

what is the difference between high-end and regular motherboard? i find those two when i use Antec power supply calculator.
 
They have different quality and different duty components. High-end boards also have some features plus like dedicated audio, 1394, ceramic capacitors, better and more efficient cooling, more BIOS options to play with...... Depends from which angle you are looking at it. Say something more about this... pls
