What the best program for converting between audio formats? (mp3, flac, wma, wav)?

Hi,

I'm looking for a good program to be used in converting audio files back and forth between FLAC and WAV formats, and from FLAC or WAV to either mp3 or wma format.

Can anyone suggest a good program?

I used to use db power amp (http://www.dbpoweramp.com) but I see that the latest version sticks a 30 day trial on the mp3 encoder. Too bad, that program works great, but I like free software.

When you go to download, copy/paste the download link, and where it says "r13" (or whatever the latest version is), change it to "r8", as that was the last version without the 30 day trial.

I didn't really notice much difference between r8 and r13 when I compared the two.
