what that utility that displays system info on your desktop?

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but RAM usage output by that program disagrees with my Win2K Task Manager. (i.e. on system with 512MB RAM, Task Manager will report 150MB being used, while CoolMon will report 380 being used) Annoying. Otherwise, the program's pretty cool.
