What term do you use for tractor trailers ?

I never heard the term "tractor trailor" until I moved to Atlanta.

It was always a semi to me.

When I was a small child I used to spend entire vacations counting and recording the number of 18-wheelers I saw while we were driving.

Any of the first 4 answers will do. I probably use tractor trailer or semi most often. My son just calls them trucks.

big rigs are the ones with more than one trailer on back. i beilive they are banned in some parts of the US, but not sure.

tractor trailor here in mass

tractor pull the trailors. so i don't know why you would call it anything else

we also have tandem tractor trailors around here.

Same here. Lorry is probably more prevalent in Europe.
