I can't think of the word.

1)I'm a firm believer in the existance of God.

2)I do not subscribe to any man-made religion like Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, etc. (Well at least I consider them "man-made" hence my general disbelief in them)

<< Agnostic? >>

Not agnostic b/c that would entail he is skeptic about God's existence, not firm as he states.

"Spiritual" refers to gods existence but makes no reference to doctrine.

No, just from his brief description, I would give a more generic term of just Theist.

True, I wonder too, because that's how I am.

I got it, I am my own religion or Omnidious.

The bad thing about call yourself a Theist is that when you are in coversation and you say "I am a theist" it comes out as "I am atheist". Bad thing there. Use my word, Omnidious instead.

you could insert "uh" in there... like "i'm a... uh... theist". that's what i do when i have something that might otherwise get confused :)

Try monotheist.

You are not an agnostic because you don't doubt the existence of god.
