What temps should i be getting?

I have a P4 3.0 @ 3.24 with a Vantec AeroFlow C7040 and a Thermaltake XaserIII Case.
My average temp sits around 45 Celcius and occasionally jumps. Does this seem right?
This is the first time I have built an Intel with a temp i actually payed attention too.
