What temps are acceptable for an O/C'ed Duron cpu?

Thanks to this forum, I have successful O/C my Duron 800 cpu to 1008 Mhz with little problems. My question now is, what are acceptable temperatures that the CPU should be at. Right now, my CPU temp is 38C idle, and around 40C running applications. I believe these temps are fine (using a Taisol HSF on an MSI KT7 Pro2-A motherboard), just want to make sure.

I would think that temp is pretty good. I have a Duron 600@850 (1.7v) with a Alpha PAL6035 HS and Delta 38CFM fan, right now, its running at 46*Celsius. I have an Enlight 7237 case with two Sunon 80mm fans, one intake and one exhaust.

The way I see it is if your system is 100% stable when your kicking its but with hard core software running then your temps are fine.....
