What Temperature Means What?? help ??

Hey, iam wondering what temperature means its too hot, or when to start to worry. Like for the CPU Temperature and the Sys Temperature.
My Cpu temperature is 42C
My Sys Temperature is 39C

Is that average? or a bit too hot?
 
Those temperatures are fine. If you told us what CPU you are using, plus mobo, case, etc., we could give you more specific info.
 
also, what is your room computer room temp? my setup is 39C @ idle for cpu and 32C for case with a room temp of 83-85F, and under load my cpu goes to 53C - rig in sig
