What temperature does Intel P4 start underclocking???

title says it all. i have a 2.4b on a stock hsf w/ stock compound on Asus p4S533 that keeps crashing/running super slow. my temps are 100F on the dot they sometimes go to 103-4F. i saw the 1st THG vid on the cpu cooler and the willie never got hotter than 100F. just trying to eliminate some variables that could make the pc crash.

your moboard may not reflect that tho.
