What temp should my 3.0E 478pin run idle/full load at?

What temp should my 3.0E 478pin run at when it is idle and at full load? Its in a Shuttle SB75S and I'm thinking of putting the stock HSF on it because its fits. Its running 50C idle with the Shuttle I.C.E.

I've found out (for some reason) that it matters what motherboard you have. I have one 3.2e on an abit board and it idles at 50c. Another 3.2e I have runs at around 34c idle on an asus board.
