What temp for an PIII 1ghz slot 1 133fsb and asus P3V4X?

Hi All,
I've got a P3V4X asus mb and a slot 1 133fsb 1ghz cpu that is running
about 140-145 degrees F with a 2 fan heatsink on the cpu and
an exhaust fan on the case.

I'm getting these numbers from within the bios on the mb.....

Does that sound right? This is a new setup and I'm getting locked
up in windows 98se very often. Is my problem heat or do I need to
look elsewhere?

No. I have Asus P3V4x as well and i know for a fact that the readings for the cpu temp is way off.
I'm using MBM and i have the compensation set at -19 for the cpu.
