-Dymatize Gourmet Elite for my protein

-Creatine

-glucosamine chondroitin

Started going to a gym two weeks ago and working out in a real weight room for the first time in a decade. Just doing 3x15 or 4x10 sets until I feel comfortable that my joints are in good enough shape to handle starting something a little more intense.

Multivitamin
Vitamin D3
Fish Oil
Sublingual B Vitamin Complex
Six Star Protein (cheap, not too bad tasting)

That's it.

Currently only on Multivitamins and fish oil. Cut protein and creatine from my diet over a month ago, will probably hop back on in Oct.

1) Now Multi's (alternate Special Two and Adam)

2) Custom Protein from Protein Factory (Lean Gain):
20% CFM Whey Isolate,
15% Membrane Micellar Casein,
15% Victoria Milk Protein,
15% IPI Protein Isolate,
20% Bio-Fresh Whey Isolate,
10% Yolk Powder,
5% Creapure Creatine

3) Health from the Sea fish oil

4) Occasional Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM when joints hurt.

5) Occasional EGCG + caffeine when I need an energy boost.

I have some ON whey that i take after workouts and sometimes I take some casein before bed if I'm short on calories. Other than that I only take fish oil (True Protein brand).

I take a multivitamin just for insurance on the days where I don't have enough time to eat properly, as well as fish oil, since I hardly prepare fish.

Only time I supplement with anything else is glutamine after hard long runs, as there are some studies show that it helps the immune system. I don't believe in any other supplements 😛

It seems almost everyone takes fish oils, I was planning on buying some today and add it in. Does brand matter? I should get some multivitamins too... I was going to get some at costco when I pick up steaks and chicken.

I currently use protein and creatine.

Creatine
Whey Protein
Fish Oil
Multivitamin starting this week

tbh I find pounding milk by the 2 cup load more satisfying than the rest

Multivitamin
Creatine
Fish Oil
CLA
Yohimbe Extract.
Glucosamine/MSM
"Meal replacement" shake -- Cytosports Cytogainer, has multivitamins, creatine, glutamine, etc already in it.

Also take NO-Xplod before workouts. Currently looking for an alternative to that when it runs out, though.
