What stripe size is best for a fastrak 100 tx2 card?

I'm just woundering how I should setup this card I just got...


First what stripe size should I use for maximum performance..?
How should I format my drive - I remember with an old built in raid card for my old motherbother I formated it for stripes of 32 I think it was format /z:32 or something to that nature.


Any help of this kind if greatly apreciated..
