you can sometimes find whole cans of that stuff (silica gel) at craft shops, for drying flowers.. if you can't find it anywhere else.

Found this with Google

Search for "desiccant" on their site and there are a few other bags, but this looks like the one you probably need.

EDIT: nevermind the seach, they are all that size and price just in different areas of their site.
