I want to know which store has the most hassle free no BS return policy. It is annoying to buy something and have to pay 15% to have it restocked when it is DEFECTIVE! I live on the east coast so some stores wouldnt be helpful to me like fry's.

Thanks in advance

For me Best Buy has been awesome. They've gone beyond on at least one occasion for us.

wal mart by far. they take anything back.

Best Buy has been the worse. I purchased a open box 56k modem and tried it out at home. My computer would not find it as a 56k but as a 28.8

I took it into wal-mart and complained. in the end i was stuck with a expensive 28.8

heck i was buying a sportster modem and it was some other brand. bah!

REI will take anything back even if you've used it for a while. I think they have one of the best return policies.

Fry's Electronics by far.

one time, i needed a router so i can register my PS2 network adaptor on the school network via web browser, then after i did that, just returned the router the next day. no questions asked. Fry's just simply puts a label on it that it was a previous return
