What stats and skill points should i raise for an assassin in Diablo2:LOD??

I would really like to know what im doing instead of going to level 23 and realizing i wasted my skill points. anyone?

i see a lot of ppl putting skills into the lightening sentry...it's hella annoying and slows up the play but i guess it's strong...
