What states Dell home don't charge for tax?

I am thinking to open a p.o box in tax free stats for all the items i purchase from dell. so which states don't require tax?
 
Using the USPS for tax evasion. Sounds smart.

Edit - As mentioned, I don't think Dell ships USPS.
 
Yea, fvcking dell kiosks...

The one in my area is in a mall too...who the fvck goes computer shopping in a mall? Those teenage girls are the #1 target customers Im sure...
