I agree that the survey was poorly stated, but you are missing an even more vital point here. As a democracy, we have fallen in love with surveys and polls and public opinion, so much so that we forget that there are things where it doesn't matter what you believe, or how many people agree with you. I happen to think your statements are wrong, but in the end, it doesn't matter what I think, or what you think, or what legions of voters think. There are facts behind what happened, and what is happening now. Politics is all about twisting those facts (or inventing them) to support what people already believe. But that doesn't make the facts any less true. That's the difference between truth and belief.

Not to mention its missing a couple options

Well, we already know what you voted for. You didn't have to tell us.

I'm more interested in the 14 who apparently believe the US Government had something to do with the planning / execution of 9/11. Talk about sheep.

But wouldn't that make them outside thinkers? Not to promote it...but I'm just saying they are the minority not following the majority who voted for #2....how does that make em a sheep?

The facts all boil down to old (and young) Mullahs in Islam driving their people in a hopeless effort to once again rule the world so that they can live like the kings they think they deserve to be. They have said that time after time. The global Caliphate!

I still don't get all this hate between republicans and liberals...I guess you have to live in America to get it. What I don't get as well, Americans want more freedom, and liberals offer it, but the republicans won(barely by 0.6%)........meh...

The fact that you think Liberals offer "freedom" speaks volumes.

Depends on how literal you are with the wording, and how you view the other (equally bad) choices. Foreknowledge isn't the same as complicity. I think it's competely reasonable for the government to have forseen an event like that taking place, but that's not the same thing as having the exact date and time. Kinda like how we know the "big one" earthquake is going to happen in California, but we don't know in advance that it's going to happen on March 14th, 2013 for example.

Anyone who thinks the U.S. government was directly involved with the attack, however, those folks need to get outside more often. You're talking about the government who has trouble delivering your mail for heavens sake, and you have them pulling this off. And not only that, keeping it a secret for 4 years. Anyone who's been watching politics for more than a week or so knows that's impossible, hell, Bill Clinton couldn't even keep a blowjob a secret and here you have the same government keeping an attack against its own people under wraps.

Sheep to whom, exactly? Regardless of your opinion of the tinfoil hat crowd, they're anything but sheep. By definition, they reject the herd belief - in this case, the belief that the Bush administration is telling the truth about September 11th.

Liberals aren't the onces trading freedom for the illusion of security... that's people like you.

Haha...nobody criticized my post!...I'm surprised!

Your first sentence should have included a comma in between the words "government" and "thinking." That would both serve to designate the phrase following the comma as a subordinate clause, and to avoid giving the impression that government does anything with any "thinking" about it first.

There, you've been criticized. Happy now? :)

"Iraq was an excellent place to build a mouse trap and it's working".?

One of my favorite excuses from the cheerleader crowd! It's almost like they weren't aware we had already invaded Afghanistan, and that unlike Iraq, this country actually harbored the terrorists we were after!

The 'it's working' part immediately made me want to mention crack cocaine consumption, but don't worry, I won't. ;)

I'll take dim liberals over retarded conservatives anyday.

Sheep to the left-wing extremists who govern them like David Duke.
