Headgear is also not provided in prison. Do-rags are usually made from tearing up the sheets, IIRC.

the other day at the mall, there was this gangsta looking black guy, couldn't hold his head straight, i swear the top of his pants were at the middle of his thighs. I had this strange urge to pants him, it was like low hanging fruit. Even if he had a gun, with his pants around his ankles, it would be a challenge to get it out.

Unfortunately, he was with some other guys so it's probably not a good idea to pick a fight in a mall.

Hahah. These cats sagging their pants either A) don't know why they are sagging their pants, or B) are saying they're wearing their pants like gangsters when in reality they were just stupid enough to get caught for what they did.

i also heard a rumor that the sagging of the pants in prison was a way of proclaiming that you were someones bitch.

That's what I heard too, so if you had sagging pants it made it easier for "access." Lol I wonder ppl who wear sagging pants think about this.

Most have one size fits all, others have two or three sizes. By no means do that have sizes to fit everyone.
