answer: none of the above, the sun is, I got fooled on this question, I didn't read all the choices.
 
Ill say the sun...unless our sun has a scientific name that is posted up there that i dont know about..
 
None of the above. The sun is the closest star, but if you are referring to stars other than the Sun, it is Proxima Centauri. Alpha Centauri is brighter, but further away.
