What sports teams do you root against and why?

We all have teams we don't like. I know most people have the obvious list (Yankees, Lakers, Cowboys, etc) but what teams do you always root against and why?

I'm a Giants fan. Dodgers because they're the traditional enemies. DBacks because, well, they're better than us and hopefully we'll kick some butt this upcoming season.

Your one to speak... Marlins fan. Seems like someone forgot about that one championship in 1997, when the Marlins bought their way into the World Series. And then had a fire sale right after. Ironic.

I didn't think it was necessary to mention it, but I didn't watch much baseball during that time. I phased out around '96 and came back around while the Marlins were rebuilding around 2000. I prefer to root for the underdog, but Duke is pretty much the only exception.

Miami, Virginia Tech, and Boston College: Previously because they were conference rivals of my favorite team (Syracuse University), but more so now because they're being lame and going to the ACC.

Duke: I can't stand how Dick Vitale and Jay Bilas cannot make it through a college basketball game or SportsCenter segment without mentioning how great Duke is.....even if the team is having what would be considered a down year for that program.

Boston Red Sox: I'm a Yankees fan.
