What sport (positions) are blacks most dominant in?

Basketball is usually the first one to come to mind for most people.. but over the course of history, boxing has been dominated by blacks the longest (mostly because they were integrated long before the others)..starting with Jack Johnson in the early 20th century. Even then, you have Dirk and Nash in the NBA who are dominant in their own rights whereas there are no "white" equivalents when it comes to WRs and CBs in the NFL. We also have seen what has happened to the US team (consisting of mostly blacks) falter badly to the European teams in the world championships as of late.

And of course when was the last great white sprinter out there?

/waits for "you're a racist" comments to come

It's a reasonable question. The mods would be dumb to lock this (unless people start posting racist comments in this thread)

IMO track is sport that is pretty much totally dominated by people of African descent.
Basketball I'm thinking is second.
I'd put football third.
I don't think Boxing belongs really, whire there may not be many caucasian boxers, there are a lot of boxers of latin descent.

One of the best players in the NHL at the moment is Black. Jerome Ignila of the Calgary Flames.

hockey is the only remaining predominately white/european sport remaining.

however a few honorable mentions...
Table Tennis
Bocce
Desert Cliff Diving (anyone still have that espn video?)
and
Magic the Gathering... (hey its on ESPN, it must be a sport)

It's not racist to recognize that as a whole, we tend to have differences in appearence and abilities. There's sport and IQ test records showing this.

It is racist to look at a single person and judge that person solely on their race.
It is racist to infer that such a person and/or the entire race is inferior/superior due to differences in abilities.

People are so racially tense about these issues. Lighten up.
