What speed should i overclock to...

Here is my system

AMD 1.33 Ghz cpu
MSI kt7266-R pro DDR mb
2x 75gxp IBM raido's
512MB DDR crucial ram
Geforce 3
Lian Li PC-60

for now i have a gw-fop32 but i can always change that.

I want a stable system and i'm defintely not willing to risk damage since i just got this stuff. Also keep in mind that i never overclocked before

just up it until it gets unstable, then back it back down a little.

In addition to watching for instability get a temperature monitor program like Hardware Monitor and make sure you don't get too hot. I try to keep mine below 50C.

no one has a good estimate? 1.5 should be stable with this system right?

Nobody can give you a good estimate. It's all dependant on your particular chip. Some people get lucky and get a chip that can reach 1.5GHz+ while others are in the 1.4GHz range. You never know how far your chip will go until you test it out.
